Abstract

|
Necrotizing fascitis is rare but serious fatal disease entity and sometime cause of the disease is uncertain.
We experienced a case of necrotizing fascitis which was difficult to diffrential diagnosis with Vibrio vulnificus septicemia, deep vein thrombosis sepsis due to fetal death in utero.
